Return & Refund Policy – Steve Kinney

At Steve Kinney, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled differently for physical products and digital products. Please read carefully.


1. Physical Products – 30-Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:
Email us at stevekinney.one43@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges:
Return the original item following the process above, then place a separate order for your new item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card company.


2. Digital Products – Courses, Presets, Templates, mentorships and Online Memberships

All Sales Final

  • All digital products, courses, session files, presets, templates, and memberships are non-refundable once access or download is granted.
  • Lifetime access or course access depends on keeping your account in good standing.

License for Personal & Educational Use Only

  • Purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or project use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any digital products.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Unauthorized disputes may result in immediate access revocation.
  • We reserve the right to permanently deny access to customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

  • Support is provided to ensure access, but does not constitute a refund.
